SEP have the moulding and extruding process knowledge and technology to support ALL designs, in both existing and new projects with performance related lifetime testing for rubber static, dynamic and inflatable seals. 3D modelling and tool design to inspection on the most advanced multi-sensor measuring equipment ensures our rubber moulding section provides leading edge performance. 'Cleanroom' manufacturing, climate controlled rubber compound storage, post cure ovens with traceable data logging; SEP has set the benchmark of this industries perception and expectation. SEP is fully compliant with all expected manufacturing and procedural control to FDA 21CFR 177.2600 and USP Class VI with the additional options for anti-microbial grades to JIS Z 2801:2010 (equivalent to ISO 22196:2011) inhibiting the growth of strains of MRSA, E.coli and Samonella. New industry approved metal detectable rubbers are now available from stock.

Cleanroom, climate controlled storage and unique, innovative production procedures ensures ALL rubber parts meet our customer expectation and perception of manufacture.

ALL of our Inflatable Rubber Seal designs and manufacturing methods receive life cycle fatigue testing at various pressures and inflation heights, from long term inflated static to repeated inflation and deflation cycles ranging from 5,000 to 50,000.

Hot vulcanized joined inflatable seals in Silicone, Fluorosilicone, EPDM, HNBR and Viton in varying high tear strength grades and hardness from stock extrusion profiles and/or customer bespoke designs.
