As we progress towards the end of 2013 and into the new year, we decided to examine and review 2 key issues: managing and growing SEP sustainably and keeping our staff and ourselves happy at work.
To achieve this, we have partnered with Natwest Mentor and SEP now have the ability to receive expert advice and support on Health & Safety and guidance on Employment Law & HR.
By agreeing to this new partnership, it shows how much SEP value our staff. We are now able to assist employees by providing them with all the information they need, and all information regarding them is written and examined off site by professionals.
All in all, this enables SEP to focus on what is most important, running our business to the best of our ability and maintaining our position as a market leader within our specialised sector of manufacturing
