Thank you to all our Customers who completed our Survey – we had some very useful feedback that we were able to act upon in order to enhance the Customer experience and our general performance where possible.
We continually strive to improve in all of our activities and to that end we will no doubt be starting a new Survey for 2019-20 and will again offer an incentive of a charitable Donation of £5 for each customer who completes the Survey up to an agreed number; so thank you again to those who completed this Survey (2018-19), the Charity this Year was Cancer Research who received a cheque on your behalf with thanks – next Year SEP will be supporting Naomi House Children’s Charity, and hope to again have your support.
