New 'On-Hold' Messages Installed

Have you recently phoned SEP and been placed on hold? First, we apologise for this. We are busy and unfortunately your required contact isn’t always immediately available. We now aim to make this experience much more pleasurable and are pleased to introduce our new on hold messages.

Having recently been approached by a high end audio media organisation, they were able to demonstrate to us the potential difference between our current on hold message, which was out of date and last updated 4 years ago, and what could potentially be achieved. We were impressed.

Now, after some brief discussions, script writing, recording and testing, we are incredibly pleased and proud of what they have achieved for us in such a short period of time. We now believe we sound as good as we look.

Our new system is now active and although we never aim to place you on hold, we hope you get a chance to experience the messages over the coming weeks and months, hopefully opening your eyes to the other services and products we can offer at Specialised Engineering Products.

One thing we will say, always listen to it. It might well be different the next time you hear it…
